Pre-Order Policy
Pre-orders allow us to see how much product we should order and what we are expecting to sell. All Pre-orders are a binding agreement to you purchasing such items and are non-refundable and non-transferable. On occasion, we may not be able to secure enough of an item to fulfill all pre-orders, in these rare situations orders will be filled in the order they were received to us. Lastly please order on separate orders if you are ordering either In-Stock items or Pre-Orders with different release dates. If ordered on the same order, all items will be shipped when the last item becomes available.
Expected Ship Dates
Pre-orders dates are subject to date change without notice. The dates supplied are estimates given by the manufacturer and our distributors. Changes in shipment dates from the manufacturer do not warrant a refund or compensation. These dates are an estimation and things change from time to time. If there is a change in dates, we do our best to update our customers!

Because of our long-standing partnership with UPS, FedEx, DHL as well as a range of other leading global carriers, we can offer a variety of shipping options. Our warehouse staff is highly skilled and will pack your products according to our precise and exact specifications. Your products will be subjected to an exhaustive examination before they will be safely packaged prior to being delivered. We deliver to thousands of customers each day across various countries. The fact that we are determined to become the largest online retailer in the world is clear. There are distribution centers as well as warehouses located in Europe and in the USA.
Note that orders containing multiple items are subject to a processing period that is based to the particular item.
Prior to shipment the items, our staff will carry out a thorough inspection on the items you purchased. The majority of orders are shipped within 48 hours. The delivery estimate is between 3-7 days.
Returns
We don't manage the stock at our warehouse or factory. Therefore, the actual inventory could fluctuate at any moment. It is possible that you will not receive your order once it has been placed.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. However, if thirty days have passed from the date you purchased the item, we will not be able to give you a refund or exchange.
The item cannot be used, and it must be in the original packaging. The item must be in the original packaging.
