Pre-Order Policy
Pre-orders allow us to see how much product we should order and what we are expecting to sell. All Pre-orders are a binding agreement to you purchasing such items and are non-refundable and non-transferable. On occasion, we may not be able to secure enough of an item to fulfill all pre-orders, in these rare situations orders will be filled in the order they were received to us.
Expected Ship Dates
Pre-orders dates are subject to date change without notice. The dates supplied are estimates given by the manufacturer and our distributors. Changes in shipment dates from the manufacturer do not warrant a refund or compensation. These dates are an estimation and things change from time to time. If there is a change in dates, we do our best to update our customers!

Our warehouse staff will package each item according to our strict specifications. Your items will go through an extensive inspection and be properly packaged prior to being delivered. We ship to thousands customers each day from multiple countries. This is a testament to our determination to become the largest online retailer worldwide. These warehouses are situated in Europe as much as they are in USA.
Orders that include more than one item are assigned processing times for each item.
Prior to shipment Our team will conduct an extensive inspection of the items you purchased. Today, the majority of orders will be shipped within 48 hours. Delivery is expected to take between 3 and 7 days.
Returns
Stock is dynamic. It is not managed entirely by us, as we're involved with several parties such as the factory and the storage. Stock levels can fluctuate at any moment. Be aware that your order may be unable to fill when you have placed the order.
Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed in the past since you purchased, unfortunately we can't offer an exchange or refund.
For your item to be returned, it must be unopened and in the same state as you received it. The item must be returned in the original packaging.
